Anne and Graham are pleased to welcome you to Eilean Dubh Restaurant. 'Eilean Dubh' simply means "Black Isle" in Gaelic and
that is what we want our menus to reflect. 'l've tried to use as much locally produced and sourced meat, fish, seafood and vegetables as we can.

'We also run a small farm where we produce our own Lamb and grow many of our own vegetables and the rest we source from local farmers, fishermen and growers. The Black Isle has a wealth of wonderful ingredients which we want to use to feed our hungry customers!
