The James Stewart & Co HSPC Property Marketing PackageWe at James Stewart & Co realise the image of the 'Estate Agent' is not always a positive one. However, we believe that although using ourselves to assist with the advertising of a property may appear to cost more initially, you may be losing out on a substantially large market of potential buyers of your property and also missing out on a higher price for your property if you attempt to market your property yourself. With our marketing package you will receive the following benefits: Professional Service'Professional Advice' Advice can be given by professionals, for example, what an appropriate Asking Price would be to set, as well as appropriate places to advertise the property. 'Knowledge of the Market' Our highly trained staff have a wealth of knowledge of the Highland Property market and what the current state of the market is. 'Competent Staff' Friendly, Qualified staff that will deal with the day-to-day enquiries and interest in your property. We hope you will find the staff at both James Stewart & Co and the Highland Solicitors Property Centre to be knowledgeable on property in the Highlands as well as being friendly and courteous to their customers. 'Brochure Production' Full Colour A4 or A3 double sided brochures will be designed. We will take photos of your property and also take full details. We actually use a digital printing firm based in Elgin to design and print the Brochures which assists in giving your property the right look. Please note that using the firm in Elgin does not hold up the process of inserting the property on the market. 'City Centre display' Your property will be displayed in the Highland Solicitors Property Centre headquarters at 30 Queensgate, Inverness. The display will include an A4 double sided page with colour photo in the SPC Registers. The Registers are the blue folders organised by price band that are available to potential buyers at 30 Queensgate. Also included is an A5 wall card with photo and brief description. This wall card will also appear in the window for the initial 2/3 week period. If the property is in Nairn, Ross & Cromarty or Sutherland the HSPC particulars will appear in the appropriate external office. For example if the property is in Nairn it will appear in an appropriate 'shop window' in Nairn. We will also display the property at both our Property Office at 2 Culduthel Road and also in our Head Office at 57 Culduthel Road. 'Paper Exposure' Your property will appear in every edition of The Property Review. This is the HSPC fortnightly full colour paper. It is available at over 150 locations including Newsagents, Banks, Building Societies and the other 15 Solicitors Property Centre's across Scotland. It is also sent to an active mailing list of over 300 potential buyers outwith the Highlands. 'Property Showcase' On Page 3 of The Property Review there is a feature called 'Property Showcase'. There are 9 available spaces each fortnight which are allocated on a 'first come - first served' basis. The size of the advert is increased from the standard 60mm x 37mm to 100mm x 80mm. This creates room for up to 3 photos of the property or additional text in the description. Included in the HSPC package is a text only advert in the Highland News, North Star, and Lochaber News each week for up to 12 months. Please Note: The Property Review is available to the public for free. 'Internet Advertising' Your property will receive a one page ad with colour photo on the hugely successful Highland Solicitors Property Centre website (www.hspc.co.uk). James Stewart & Co will also add a PDF (Portable Document Format) to the ad. This enables potential buyers to download the full set of Particulars of your property for them to print themselves. This service can also save you money in brochure costs. 'Property Search' If you require a new property we can do a search for you through various networks to save you the hassle of having to go to each individual Estate Agent (Applicable to Scotland only). 'Viewer Feedback' We will get in touch with people that have viewed your property to check if they are still interested. This can provide valuable information as it can let us know what, if anything is putting people off (e.g. Feel the asking price is too high, Needs too much work etc.). If you would like a breakdown of the costs for this service, or to find out what special deals we are currently offering house sellers please contact Neil Stewart at the office. |
