Avocado Presented on seeded brown toast with a squeeze of lemon juice & seasoned with black pepper. £2.50

Fresh Prawns in a delicious home made cocktail sauce.

Creamy Egg Mayo which can be cleverly combined with bacon to create the ever popular Bacon & Egg Mayo.

The traditional Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato more affectionately known as the BLT.

Our free range chicken mixes consist of the delicious Chicken Pesto Mayo and the delightful Chicken Korma which combines yogurt, curry powder and a secret ingredient which cannot possibly be divulged.

Another fave is Peanut, Apple & Carrot which is lovely on a sarnie but finishes off a salad beautifully.

Sun Dried Tomato, Pesto & Basil can be united with mature cheddar or mozarella. Indeed the latter pairs rather nicely with a lovely root vegetable to produce Mozarella & Beetroot.

We also have Ham, Cheese, Pickle, Red Onion, Sweetcorn, Olives, Coleslaw & Potato Salad which along with any other ingredients can be amalgamated any which way you desire because:

In saying that, you can choose to use these fillings on Brown or White Bread, in various Seeded Rolls, you can add as many as you wish to a Salad Box, pop it in a Toastie, or even have it accompany your Oatcakes & Cheese arrangement.

We also have Pasta Boxes with Pesto & Pine nuts or Pumpkin Seeds.

And our supreme Melts (Chicken Pesto, Tuna or Tomato & Basil) which is basically a sandwich but with melted cheese on the outside of it. They can be made to order in the shop but are equally tasty served cold, believe you me.

Soup All of our soups are home-made & are always vegetarian.
